Usage is calculated per minute of active AI processing during customer calls. This includes time when AI is analyzing, routing, or assisting with conversations.
What's included in the setup fee?
The setup fee covers complete system integration, AI training on your data, staff training, testing, and go-live support. No additional implementation costs.
Can I upgrade or downgrade plans?
Yes! You can change plans anytime. We'll pro-rate any differences and adjust your per-minute rates immediately.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No long-term contracts required. You can cancel anytime with 30 days notice. The setup fee is non-refundable after implementation.
How quickly can we get started?
Most implementations take 2-4 weeks from contract signing. Enterprise deployments may take 4-8 weeks depending on complexity.
What integrations are supported?
